Matthew Lescault
President & CEO
Matthew Lescault, President and CEO, founded Lescault & Walderman in 2006 to provide Financial Services to small businesses. Matt is responsible for the strategic direction and overall operations of the organization. Since it’s inception the organization has grown from a simple, very small, business to a enterprise-level service provider with multiple and diverse business offerings from Technical to Financial Services.
Matt’s broad experience in this market has been the driving factor in the rapid growth and subsequent launch of several new, niche, services which has changed a small financial services company in to a full-service firm.
Matt’s experience is derived from several years of operations, finance, and budget management with the Federal Government as well as several commercial companies from construction to staffing.
Ryan Walderman
Vice President; Director of Financial Services Division
Ryan Walderman, Vice President and Director of Financial Services, co-founded Lescault & Walderman in 2006. Ryan built and maintains the core client base comprised of Law Firms, Non Profits, and Restaurants. He has worked with these and many other industries, through varying stages of the startup and growth phases. Strong analytical skills and a keen ability to identify/solve problems allow him quickly understand the mechanics of a specific business, uncover its shortcomings, and provide solutions for success.
Ryan graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Management, and a Minor in Music Performance. Outside of the office, Ryan’s interests include Hiking, Mountain Climbing, and playing the French Horn.
Daryl Muzy
Director of Operations
Daryl started his career as a Design Manager for an international printing company before transitioning to its Marketing Department to serve as a Regional Marketing Manager. During this time, he was focused on developing his client services skills, while seeking to understand and apply solid aesthetic and professional techniques to the end of increasing both the size and breadth of his client base.
After nearly 10 years in the print industry, Daryl transitioned to the emerging high-tech industry, serving as a Technical Writer with two software companies. During this time, he further developed his technical and marketing writing skills, while adding additional product training and marketing knowledge via On-site and Video Training and direct Technical Sales Support for a client base of nearly $10 million.
In 2011, Daryl joined Lescault and Walderman in both a creative and management capacity, bringing his design and technical background and marketing and operations experience to serve in the critical role of Director of Operations.
Elmer Davis
Director of Business Development
Responsible for the evaluation and continued development of existing and new client operational management; Mr. Davis analyzes client systems and overall organizational management in order to facilitate industry best practices. With over 25 years of experience in sales/marketing and finance including private and non-profit organizations and Fortune 50 corporations. Mr. Davis worked in Marketing with Bristol-Myers and later with Mobil Oil Corporation in US Resale Marketing Administration and Budget. He worked as a Sr. Consultant with Accenture, and as a partner with Anderson, Philips, Davis, and Hoffmann. Mr. Davis served as Director of business development for Financial Dimensions, Inc., EVP with AllDocs, Inc., and has recently underwritten non-cash payment system and e-commerce clients with Merchant Processing Solutions.
Mr. Davis is well regarded as a results oriented facilitator and trainer focused upon improving human resource productivity. His financial expertise also includes pricing, budgeting, asset management, and expense control. A graduate of the Florida A&M University with a (BS) Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, as well as an (MBA) Masters of Business Administration from Howard University. Mr. Davis is certified in (HRM) Human Resources Management by the University of Virginia, holds an (ALM) Masters of Liberal Arts degree at Harvard University in Operational Management. With his extensive experience Mr. Davis offers insight into cost effective, efficient infrastructure implementation bringing big business systems to the small business arena.
Tony Niemetz
Managing Director; Technical Services Division
Tony Niemetz, Managing Director; Technical Services Division, is responsible for supporting all technical, operational, and mission-critical initiatives for the organization and it’s clients.
Tony joined Lescault & Walderman in 2008 as the Director of Information Technology. He is currently responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the internal technical operations and the outsourced technical services provided to clients. He also continually develops new services, product offerings, and client relationships.
He was named Managing Director; Technical Services Division in 2009 after the organization was restructured to be a full-service firm for its clients.
