Executive Director of Client Services

Joseph Frank is the Director of Client Services. He joined TydeCo within a year of its inception and has been integral in defining the processes and protocols of the Bookkeeping/Controller department. He has industry-specific accounting expertise working with Law Firms, Professional Services, Construction, Non-Profit, and Real Estate Development.

Joseph and his team manage the accounting needs of more than 100 different clients in a wide variety of industries. Joseph has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College. Outside of the office, Joseph’s interests include travelling and filmmaking. He directed and produced an award-winning doc-fiction film that premiered at the SXSW Film Festival.

Managing Director, ERP

Jeff initially joined AWCape as the head of business development for three group companies: AWCape, AWPower and Applico. With over 20 years of experience, Jeff has extensive strategy and technology consulting, project management and business development experience in multiple industries. In addition, having held several senior positions in different organisations has given Jeff a deep understanding of business drivers and needs.

Senior Director, Growth – HRP (Human Resource & Payroll Services), UKIA.

Ancel Draai is a seasoned expert in the HR and payroll software industry, bringing over two decades of invaluable experience to his role at AWCape and Applico Training. Throughout his career, Ancel has been instrumental in introducing a wide array of Sage products, including Sage VIP Premier, Sage 300 People, Sage HR, and Sage One Payroll, particularly in the Eastern Cape region.

As the Managing Director of Applico Training, Ancel continues to drive forward the mission of delivering exceptional Sage solutions and professional development, making a lasting impact on clients and the industry.

Vanessa brings two decades of people leadership to TydeCo™, where she builds culture through accountability, clarity, and care. She’s known for creating workplaces where employees feel seen, supported, and equipped to grow—especially when things get tough.

Interim Director, Operations & Support Services

Zamir brings 25 years of business management experience and a focus on operational efficiency. He’s driven by impact, team development, and building systems that help people work better—always combining practical leadership with a sharp eye for detail and improvement.

Becky joined TydeCo™ in 2020 and now leads global marketing strategy. With 23+ years’ experience, she drives brand visibility, demand generation, and alignment across regions—championing data-driven storytelling, scalable systems, and cohesive strategy to support business growth.
